HOW DO I GET SOME OF THAT GREAT KBC ANGUS BEEF?
Its simple, just contact a KBC representative and place an order for a whole or half side of beef. The beef will be delivered to the local butcher of your choice free of charge, thus allowing you to customize your order with the processer you trust.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
KBC Angus is sold by the half or whole beef and is $3 a pound hanging weight, this the weight of the carcass prior to processing. Delivery is free. The average weight of a harvested animal being around 700-800lbs. That’s the KBC part!!! Remember that you will still need to pay a harvest fee and processing fee to your butcher and their part! General fees are between $.70-$.80 cents per pound hanging weight to process and around $80-$100 to harvest the animal.
